Trademarks- Any material or other copy submitted by you for use by Imperial Scott Specialties, Inc. in producing and order will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all laws regarding copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, right of privacy or similiar protection. You agree that by submitting such material or copy for our use in producing an order these laws will not be violated and Imperial Scott Specialties, Inc. disclaims all liability for complaince with the laws.
Overuns and Underuns- Due to the method of manufacturing used, it is nearly impossible to manufacture the precise number of units ordered. Therefore, all orders are subject to 5% overun or underrun and will be billed on number of items shipped.
Artwork, Designs & Trademarks- All artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on items displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available, and are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed or produced for the owners of the artwork, designs or trademarks.
Rights To Promotion - Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time your order is placed, We reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display or promotion. Many of the organizations whose products appear on our websites, flyers, brouchures or post cards are our customers, However their presence does not consititute endosrsement. Some images show on product samples may not be available.
Terms - We bill all City, County, State and Federal Agencies on an open account terms net 30 days. If other terms are needed please let us know in advance. We accept purchase orders. We also accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
Quantity Break Pricing- Simply the more of an item you purchase the less expensive it becomes.
